2008 Gmc Yukon Belltech Drop Spindle
It was time to install the Belltech 2-inch drop spindle. The hub and rotor was then attached to the spindle.
2008 Gmc Yukon Belltech Lower Ball Joint Mount
The new Belltech drop spindle lower ball joint mount is a little thinner than the factory piece, and the excess lower ball joint threads had to be removed with a disc grinder.
2008 Gmc Yukon Connected Anti Sway Bar
Ben then connected the anti-sway bar end links, bolted on the brake calipers, and reconnected the ABS wire.
2008 Gmc Yukon Belltech Drop Coils
Moving to the rear, the Yukon was lowered with Belltech drop coils, new Belltech Street Peformance shocks, and stabilized with a solid anti-sway bar.
2008 Gmc Yukon Removed Factory Shocks
Ben began by supporting the rear with a jackstand, then he removed the factory shocks.

Next, the factory coil springs were removed, and then the new Belltech lowered coils were set in place.
2008 Gmc Yukon Polyurethane Bushings Installed
Using a solid and larger OD anti-sway bar, new polyurethane bushings were installed and the bar was secured.
2008 Gmc Yukon Shorter Bumpstops
Because of the rear 4-inch drop, shorter bumpstops were inserted into place.
2008 Gmc Yukon Street Performance Shocks
Here, you can see the new Street Performance shocks designed for the 4-inch drop, the coil spring, and the anti-sway bar.
