 The new, Calmini blue torsion...  The new, Calmini blue torsion bar was then fit into place.  While Michael was tightening...  While Michael was tightening up nuts and bolts up front, Shawn started working on the rear suspension by first supporting the rear axle then removing the shock before unbolting the shackles from the leaf spring.  Next up, the new shock was...  Next up, the new shock was ready to be put in its place. Michael secured the top bolt and flexed his guns as he used a pry bar to compress and wedge the shock into the lower mounting bracket.  With the new Camlini shock...  With the new Camlini shock then thrown into the mix, Shawn tightened down the bolts and moved on to sorting out the slacking brake lines.  The Doug Thorley Headers exhaust...  The Doug Thorley Headers exhaust system we ordered was a bit too short, but we knew that going in, as they didn't make a kit for the long bed. It was meant to fit a crew cab model with a short bed. Not to worry.  Using the supplied square...  Using the supplied square bracket, which mounts to the old factory retaining position, the lines were moved out of harm's way. We were now ready for the new exhaust to go on.  Calmini's long shackles look...  Calmini's long shackles look much better, wouldn't you agree?  The Doug Thorley exhaust pipe...  The Doug Thorley exhaust pipe was severed and an extension piece was spot welded to hold it in place before it was removed again for thorough TIG welding and painting.  The factory U-bolts were then...  The factory U-bolts were then unbolted and the bracket was removed to make way for the new lift blocks.  Doug disconnected the hoses...  Doug disconnected the hoses from the restrictive factory intake tube.
