This 2014 Chevrolet Silverado marks the first of our Outlaw Exhibitioners, as it would be unfair to pit these heavily sponsored trucks against the readers. While Magnuson Supercharger’s 2014 Silverado might not be the most wildly-built truck at this year’s competition, it’s a good showcase of what a typical truck buyer can do with a late-model truck to keep it reliable, driveable, and most importantly, fun-to-drive. Magnunson’s truck features the company’s TVS 1900 supercharger kit for the new 5.3L EcoTec3 direct-injected V-8, a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust and Volant intake. The truck is lowered on a Belltech lowering kit with KW coilovers, and rolls on Budnik 20-inch Tungsten wheels wrapped in 275/40-20 Continental DW tires. Bringing the fun to a halt are Baer 6-piston big brakes.
