Greg Miller and BJ Mills put on a good show. If you have the chance to attend one of their shows, we recommend checking it out. Overall, attendance was a little lower than they expected because of the heavy rain Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. But, even with the rain, they surpassed their show attendance and registration from the past years.

The show had 1400 spectators who came out regardless of the weather and over 400 vehicles registered and gave the crowds some great vehicles to look at. There were players from the New Orleans Saints on hand doing autographs, terrific food vendors (sno-balls were awesome in their microwave safe cardboard containers), and the location was peaceful and well placed for those staying overnight or needing any incidentals they may have forgotten.

There were several classes, but the specialty awards and best of’s were some pretty trick trophies. Robert Hensley and Greg Miller custom cut fleur-de-lis shaped plywood trophies laser engraved with very intricate patterns. They were very cool, to say the least.

Best Car went to Karen Keller with her Charcoal Camaro, which was fully built inside and out. Best truck went to Joe Demare, with a very sick blue ’48 Chevy; can’t go wrong with old, low, and full custom.

The guys had specialty awards, but one of the more touching ones was given to Ronnie and Alisa Collins for them to choose in honor of their long time pet who had recently died. It was called Bentley’s choice and it went to Joni Chaisson Garris from Destrahan, Louisiana.

What more could one ask for? They had good food, good people, and good vehicles to look at and enjoy. See you at Pandemonium July 19-20, 2014!
